Sales Representative/Account Manager

We are a start-up entering our third year in the North American market. Our company focuses on products that support the growing senior care market.

The Sales Representative is focused on building a sales pipeline by qualifying prospects, targeting, and generating leads in our market. Demonstrating the products virtually will be a daily activity, with the support of training and tools.

Within our small team, you will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager. The whole team depends on collaboration, sharing of knowledge and best practices.
Daily expectations will involve

• Manage the B2B relationship pipeline.
• Actively participate in prospecting, lead generation, account and territory management.
• Build relationships with prospects and clients to nurture their business needs.
• Process and record all prospect and customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Act as a key point of contact for prospects and customers

Credentials

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or medical-related sales in Canada and/or the USA.
• Experience using CRM systems and other technology and tools to support lead generation, prospecting, customer interactions, and our remote work environment.
• Excel at relationship building.
• You have drive to build a business, love sales and can manage objections professionally.
• Professional communication skills. Communication is crucial as a key point of contact with prospects and customers, and for collaboration with the existing and growing team.
• Solid organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
