Big Lakes Dodge in High Prairie is growing and expanding so we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

*Successful individual must have:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Offer appropriate services and repairs to satisfy customer requirements
- Handle minor customer complaints and resolve customers concerns
- Liaison between the customer and service technician
- Detailed invoicing and billing of customer’s work orders
- Preparing quotes for customer’s inquiries or needs and getting back to them in a timely matter
- Provide accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
Individual will be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and positive attitude.
