GOAL OF THE POSITION
Providing general IT and user support to meet company needs, and ensuring smooth operation while security protocols are kept, and potential threats are reduced.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Handling technical support in an end-user environment
• Responsible for education and training about IT policy, security, etc.
• Hardware and software installation, upgrading and configuration
• Create and update the system documentation
• User support: coordination/implementation of the employees’ requirements
• Monitor the system and network elements by using diagnostic tools and following the troubleshooting procedures; perform diagnostics on hardware and software components
• Participate in problem management activities by identifying the root cause of all service disruptions
• Every task that your supervisor commits
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or computer relevant engineering
REGQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Good knowledge of
• Microsoft 365 echo system
• Advanced knowledge of Security (VPN/DLP/Etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Environment
• Expertise in SW/HW Installation
• Able to recognize and understand upcoming IT technology trends
Skills
• Good understanding of software development tools
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English/French with employees and other departments of the company
• Fluency in French and English is required
Experience
• + 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or IT-related industry
