About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated track record of creating exception results. This is an incredible opportunity to help us build Thentia into the North American leader in Regulatory Information Systems and support our growth into the UK and beyond. In this role you will oversee the daily operations to ensure that we are well-coordinated and productive by managing our core operating practices. To be effective you will draw on your broad operational experiences in a similar role and are accustomed to collaborating across many organizational functions. You must be an exceptional coach and leader who can identify and implement the most effective and efficient ways to run the business to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. As an executive leader you will embody and role model our operating principles of: customer focused; integrity; authoritative; accountable; adaptability; teamwork; purpose; and achievement.
