Our Finance team supports the North American Customer Operations (NACO) businesses which include Contact Centers, ATM, Fraud Operations and Customer Assistance, as well as the Data & Analytics (D&A) portfolios across the bank. Our team is part of a wider Finance team that supports the Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience portfolio (TECE), and as such provides an excellent opportunity for future career development in Finance or the businesses we support.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contact Center and ATM, this position is taking a significant role in the delivery of financial analysis, advice and lead support for ATM along with supporting NACO and ED&A as required. This position requires someone with strong people leadership and proven track record of working effectively with executives and key stakeholders.

• Conducts and/or manages the finance process as it applies to area of responsibility
• Provide overall financial results reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly results packages, planning
• and forecasting.
• Provide expertise and advice to ATM, NACO and ED&A leadership on a wide range of financial topics and provide recommendations to enhance the economic value for the business
• Leads additional research efforts, applying expertise in financial analysis
• Researches and reviews details of business operating metrics and actively seeks to identify and promote new opportunities
• Participate in special projects as assigned to provide financial advice and leadership to business / finance partners

Specific Educational and Professional Experience Requirements:

• University degree with an accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) or MBA
• 5+ years professional financial or experience in medium to large organization that operates using best practices and performance management processes
• Demonstrated experience overseeing reporting, planning and forecasting functions, in a technology or financial services based organization (preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of leading process improvement initiatives
• Practical experience providing financial support to a project intensive organization
• Experience using financial and related systems
