On Behalf of our Client, Midland Transportation, Protrans Personnel Services is currently on the search for a Logistics Administrative Assistant
What’s In it for you?

- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 19$ /hour
- Weekly Paid on Fridays!
- contract work, 60-90 days
Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work within a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to multi-task in order to ensure that the customers, carriers, vendors, and teammates’ needs are met in a timely fashion
- Willingness to learn
- Superior Communication, Organizational and Time Management Skills are required
- Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Applications
- Mercury Gate or general TMS experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Process Freight Invoices and Paperwork in Hubtran
- Answering/Investigating requests related to invoice processing status
- Master Data Entry in Mercury Gate TMS
- Working and investigating exception reports
- Processing Adjustments in AS400(TELL)
- Support Systems and Innovations Manager with miscellaneous duties
- Support Admin team with other miscellaneous duties
