Overview
As a key member of Ziptrek’s Leadership Team, the Director of Sales (Global) guides a team whose mandate is to lead, implement and measure growth initiatives and their associated returns on investment at each of our locations: Whistler, Queenstown, and Mont Tremblant. The Director will ensure Ziptrek has effective sales oversight, procedures, systems and people in place, to drive strong revenue growth and financial strength at existing sites, as well as at new sites as we expand internationally.
The Director of Sales will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the team reporting into both directors, including the In-Resort Sales & Marketing Coordinators at each of our physical locations. The Director of Sales will also work in collaboration with each location’s Site Directors and their leadership teams.
