This position is perfect for students who are in a business program but are not sure what area they are interested in pursuing.

In the position of Marketing, Sales and Human Resource Coordinator:

Please Note – Tasks may change as we get to know the strengths of the Summer Student

• Sales – Populate and maintain CRM program.

• Sales – Help with all sales initiatives including trade shows, sales trip, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Sales – Sit in on client meetings when appropriate
• HR – Prepare and post-employment opportunities
• HR – Sort through and manage resumes and set up interviews
• HR – Sit in on interviews when appropriate.
• HR – Sit in on-boarding of new employees when appropriate.
• General – Assist in the day-to-day administrative task related to Marketing, Sales and Human Resource.

• Accounting – Data Entry into the accounting software

Here are a few of the attributes and experience you need to be successful in this position:

• You are currently studying at a post secondary institution with interests the areas of sales, marketing and or human resource.
• You are obsessed with being organized and are 3 steps ahead of everyone.
• You work hard, play hard, and make a difference in your community.
• You have a great attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.

• You have way above average communication skills. This is very important.
• You can be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• You have a great attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.

• You work positively within a team
• You have a valid driver’s license.
• Quick learner and a “Loop closer”
• Know when to ask for help.
