Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.

PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits, and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Field customer requests for service via phone/email
• Complete small estimates and cover letters for client review/approval
• Organize/schedule appointments for technicians
• Organize pm work for various customers, ensuring each list is completed
• Follow up with customers to schedule additional work as required
• Follow up with customers regarding recommendations, planning
• Field complaints, resolve where able, attend to as required
• Liaise with purchasing regarding parts/requirements
• Liaise with sales to organize jobs. Includes but not limited to creating work orders, reviewing quotes to ensure complete information is included, finding/creating/adding checklists/inspections as required.
• Liaise with estimator to organize jobs
• Liaise with manager(s) on all issues, occurrences, concerns, any business of PSL
• Liaise with admin re: payroll, invoicing, help where able
• Liaise with H/R re: employee issues, indocs, certifications
• Liaise with customers as required, discuss jobs/scope of work, schedules
• Liaise with techs re: requirements, scheduling, job issues, etc
• Liaise with construction coordinator for staffing, etc.
• Answer office phone
• Assist techs with work orders – organizing job, logistics, etc
• Create documents as required
• Create work orders as required
• Create p.o.’s when purchaser unavailable
• Compile reports/records for customers following completion of jobs/pm’s/contracts
• Attend meetings, give input, assist in planning

Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks:

• Knowledge of Propane, Natural Gas or CNG Industry
• Quotes that have been accepted and creating pending jobs
• Construction jobs/plans in the works
• Equipment and transportation
• Employee assignments outside of service
• Employee health/physical limitations
• H/R changes (hirings, departures)
• Purchasing/procurement roadblocks
• Appropriate suppliers/providers
• Employee certifications & indoctrinations
• Industrial process familiarity
• VALE/GLENCORE/MINING sector familiarity

Work Conditions:
