ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Manager, Instructional Design, you will be accountable to lead our Instructional Design Team to deliver learning initiatives that drive employee performance and engagement.
Reporting to the Director Talent Development, you are responsible for leading the production of learning programs that build the knowledge and skills of our Sephora Canada team. This includes leading members of the Instructional Design Team’s daily operational work while at the same time using your advanced instructional design techniques, creative instructional design skills and technical knowledge to deliver outstanding learning.
