Position: Invoice Processing Coordinator- Part Time Student Opportunity
Term: 4 months
Location: Oakville, Ontario
Start Date: January 2023
The Financial Processing Coordinator supports the CRH Canada Finance team, in transaction processing and general financial analysis.
Position Responsibilities
- Processing vendor purchase orders and invoices in SAP
- Assisting with employee travel and P-Card transactions
- Processing employee updates in SAP such as Organizational data, master data and time sheet entry and filling
- Assisting with processing and accounting for cash activities (journal entries, cash forecast inputs etc.) and journal entries, in SAP
- Produce accounting reconciliations and transactions
- Utilize SAP to assist in gathering and analyzing data as well as reporting results
- Specialized projects
Education & Experience
- Some relevant experience relating to position responsibilities above
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting or related field
- Interest in enrolling as a student in a professional accounting stream (i.e. CPA)
- Strong communication skills and team experience required
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft office tools; excellent Excel Skills
