Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
Term: Permanent
Work Mode: Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday (starts 9am)

Location: 940 Matheson Blvd. E. Mississauga, ON L4W 2R8
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Own the recruitment process from kicking off a new search, working with the hiring manager for the job description creation, building sourcing strategy, offer negotiations and reference checks for all assigned roles.
· Follow company’s recruitment protocols and process at managing all applicants via in-house tracking system.
· Maintain accurate records, providing weekly updates to hiring managers on the candidates’ pipeline and progress.
· Provide professional guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
· Act as a Talent advisor to assigned client groups and foster collaborative relationship to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into candidate generation plans.
· Identify candidates through job board databases, online tools, social media and other ad-hoc resources.
· Support additional recruiting efforts and participate in projects as required.
Qualification:
· Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (staffing agency or corporate preferred).
· Postgraduate
· Fluent in French
· Strong screening and interviewing skills.
· Proven track record of engaging passive/non-passive candidates and building diverse pipelines.
· Proven track of achieving hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
· Ability to build strong relationships with client groups (internal) to work in a collaborative and consultative manner.
· Previous experience using ATS is required.
· Experience advising hiring teams and helping the to develop strategic recruiting plans.
· Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time.
· Critical thinking, good judgement, and the ability to recognize opportunities.
· Proficiency in MS Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
