Job requirements include:
– Base knowledge of cannabis & industry*
– Must have 3 years customer service experience*
– Experience handling POS systems & cash/tills/debit terminals*
– Memorization skills
– Ability to work every other weekend (rotating weekends in effect)
– Highschool education minimum requirement
– Must be of age to serve cannabis products
– Keyholder experience is a plus!
– Cannsell Certification required
– Must be able to produce a clean police record check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and staff are to wear a mask. Store sanitization increases are in effect, along with distancing measures. Employee online COVID screening before shifts in place.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kitchener, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Cannsell Certification (preferred)
