Job Description: The Manager, Total Rewards leads Honda Canada’s compensation and benefits planning and administration functions. The incumbent provides strategic and tactical guidance to the organization on company compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus programs, pension plan administration, and health benefits’ programs. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of compensation, pension, and benefits’ plan designs and administration, and understanding of emerging issues and best practices, to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions that help create, promote, develop, and sustain a strong employment value proposition for Honda Canada’s associates.
