Whomever joins our team, will have to be able to motivate themselves. The manager does pretty good job at it, but they can’t be everywhere at once – so you should be able to pick yourself up. But don’t worry – you’ll be trained and coached and given all the tools and support needed to succeed! We believe in our employees and truly believe that they are our best asset! We are a people first kind of place!
Your compensation will be based on your experience, whether you’ve worked in the automotive industry or have a proven track record in a Client Service/Management/Sales position.
