Bridge Home Care is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable LPN to lead their home care team. We are a Private company that assists client with all aspects of their activities of daily living depending on our clients needs that day. Bridge Home Care is looking for an employee who can be flexible, accommodating and friendly to look after clients of all ages while ensuring health care aids are working to within their full scope of practice. As a supervisor you are responsible for ensuring staff have the appropriate skills to safely provide care and ensuring clients are satisfied with their services. LPNs will provide training for delegated tasks such as catheterization, wound care, tube feeds, insulin administration. You will also be responsible for client intakes, new staff onboarding, incident reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- A valid Alberta driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management, ability to manage multiple demands, and effectively prioritize· The successful candidate will be required to provide a Police Information Check, including the Vulnerable Sector.
- Be self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and as an effective member of a team

Salary: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- LPN/RPN (required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
