We are on the lookout for a talented Human Resources Generalist. This position can work out of any of our Ontario offices, which includes Markham, Kitchener, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. We offer flexible working arrangements, requiring 2-3 days in the office.
Reporting to the Vice-President & General Manager, you will be responsible for all HR matters in the Ontario Operation. You will be given the autonomy to complete a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. You will achieve this by collaborating with managers, maintaining HR presence and/or visibility in all Ontario offices, and working closely with Corporate HR and Payroll & Benefits teams.
