The Opportunity:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for many of our customers through their experience at the Collision Centre. You will manage incoming calls, walk-in customers, and booked appointments. You will be responsible for managing physical and digital files, data entry, and creating and reconciling work orders. You will also be responsible for answering and dispatching tow truck calls.

To be successful in this role, you are positive, driven, and customer-focused. You can communicate effectively and concisely with customers and fellow staff members, both verbally and written. You work well with others and on your own. You’re a self-starter and strive for excellence in all you do. You have a high school diploma. Education or experience in office administration is an asset. Having experience with Google Suite software (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets, etc.) is a must-have.
Must have’s: You must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, previous customer service experience, and/or automotive industry experience.
