We offer prompt and professional services to help our customers get back to pre-loss life with the least amount of interruption and associated costs as possible.

We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services, mould inspection and removal, as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery. We also focus on construction, renovation, and demolition services.

Position Overview
The Vice President National Commercial Accounts is responsible for driving commercial business growth and revenue. You will be focused on organic growth, retention, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key clients providing long-term profitability for WINMAR®. Working alongside with our internal team to increase sale opportunities and manage the commercial business development portfolio. Through strategic planning and growth initiatives you will propel WINMAR® nationally with a thorough understanding of the property restoration industry and knowledge of our competitors to increase sales and profitability while working within a budget.

Critical attributes of a successful candidate would include dynamic leadership, strong team builder, and effective communicator. In addition to strategic planning, market analysis, client development, critical thinking, networking and problem solving skills. The ability to use negotiation skills and foster relationships with customers both virtually and client facing is a key aspect of our business. Ultimately, you will facilitate ongoing communication with clients and build long-term relationships to achieve our strategic business goals including revenue and profitability.

Working with the internal teams to understand WINMAR® offices capabilities to increase sales opportunities and maximizing revenue. Knowledge of the restoration, insurance and commercial markets is required, with an in-depth understanding of the solutions, capabilities, and services WINMAR® can provide.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective strategic customers and foster solid relationships
  • Assess new markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Retention and organic growth with existing and new clients
  • Develop strategic growth plans in alignment with franchisor & franchisee goals
  • Collaborate with team to set and achieve sales targets
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Lead Commercial, Institutional, and Government RFI/RFQ/RFP opportunities, for both national & regional
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards and expectations
  • Liaise with team to set and implement strategies for new products, revenue streams, events, activities
  • Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales opportunities
  • Attend industry events to develop and sustain business network and stay current in industry trends and future direction

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred: degree, diploma and / or certification, in Business Administration and / or relevant field
  • 5 + years’ experience in sales and business development
  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, research, and strategic analysis skills
  • Be a driven, enthusiastic, and intuitive team member with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average computer experience within a CRM Software and Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work evenings, on call or weekends when required
  • Local, regional and national travel may be required
  • Open to Background, References and Criminal Record Checks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
