Position Overview
This position is responsible for reviewing and approving or declining Full Circle redemption submissions. We are the point of contact for stores when questions arise about Full Circle.
Responsibilities

Verify the validity of each Full Circle Submission.

Place valid credits in customer accounts.

Respond to stores when declining any submission with clear explanations.

Ensure all submissions are handled with 48 business hours.
Qualifications
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Strong customer service focus
-
Team oriented
-
Experience in a customer service or sales role
-
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office programs

Requires professional email etiquette
