We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Your tasks:
• Answering phone and emails from customers.
• Following customer orders between head office and customers
• Receiving and shipping
• Database entries
• Participating in stock management
• Forward special demand to the good department and assuring the follow up.
• Participating in our electronic newsletter
