Over the last 25 years, our company has become a leader in providing financial solutions that help Canadians purchase their dream toys. We hold a strong expertise in the B2B Market utilizing our relationships with a very large network of Auto, Marine, RV and Powersports Dealerships. Today we process over 7000 credit applications in Ontario expanding to a National Market. We are looking for our newest team member to help us build a more customer centric strategy and expand our B2C business by way of research, consultation, and project management.
Responsibilities
The customer experience manager will be tasked with helping our business build a relationship directly with consumers in Ontario eventually expanding into a National Market.
This is a new role, and the candidate will have input on the direction and expectations generated. The primary function in the initial phases of the project will be to research and monitor our competitive landscape to gain an understanding of our business challenges. The next phase will entail partnering with key stakeholders to create and implement marketing strategies to address the challenges and goals specifically related to our B2C division.
The marketing manager/CX specialist will be called on to Strategize with sales, operations, and product teams to identify, initiate and execute promotions, sale events and product marketing campaigns.
