-You will prepare, modify, correct and revise legal documents related to real estate law (notarial);
-You will manage the correspondence and the agenda of the notary and you will organize the meetings;
-You will transcribe, write, correct correspondence (letters, memoranda, contracts, notes relating to files, etc.);
-You will carry out the searches in the land register;
-You will prepare the invoicing.
Your profile
-Training in legal secretarial or general secretariat;
-5 years or more of experience in real estate law (notarial);
-Excellent command of French and English both orally and in writing;
-Knowledge of Elite accounting software, an asset;
-Proactive approach, great organization of work, rigor and attention to detail;
-A collaborative spirit, concern for quality demonstrating discretion and reliability.
