One of our printing clients Xerox is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Print & Bindery)
Length: 12 months of contract
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (On site)
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 37.50 hrs/week.

DESCRIPTION/ MAIN TASKS:
· Account support person will be responsible for communicating between the various customers regarding their print requirements.
· Candidate should have a strong understanding of Print & bindery and customer service.
· Candidate must be able to retrieve orders through on-line ordering portals and complete the job work order in a Xerox on-line billing platform.
· Candidate must be able to multi-task.
· When required, candidate will need to support bindery and shipping in order to meet our SLA.

REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate needs to have previous print experience and understand the steps involved in completing jobs. This person will be communicating directly with our customers and must be able to provide good customer service and be able to handle multiple customers at once.
