We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as an Executive Assistant, Human Resources and Corporate Administration Supervisor (23-02). This position is based in Saskatoon.

The opportunity
  • Provides executive and confidential support for an extensive range of administrative and operational responsibilities to the Vice President (VP), Human Resources & Administration.
  • Manages the Corporate Administration function. This includes leading Corporate Administration initiatives, administering the annual budget and departmental policies, overseeing office operations, and managing corporate vendor relationships.
  • Coordinates the administrative working group.
  • Creates a motivational team environment that fosters and develops strong and effective working relationships.
You have
  • Post-secondary education, such as a diploma in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive and related administrative assistant experience, including at least two years of experience at the senior or executive assistant level working with business executives. This also includes a minimum of two years of leadership experience supervising administrative staff.
You bring
  • Demonstrated agility and growth mindset.
  • Strong technical skills in Office 365 and other office technology. Comfort in embracing new and changing technology.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly confidential environment with a high degree of professionalism, ingenuity, tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • High level of anticipatory and organizational skills required.
  • Highly resourceful and productive team-player with the ability to work independently.
