Mini Bar Attendant (Full Time) Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Mini Bar Attendant, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room. What you will be doing:
Maintaining minibar inventory storage area
Restock minibar delivery carts
Restock guestroom minibars on a daily basis
Properly displaying minibar inventory within guest rooms
Replace products approaching expiration dates
Clean minibars as needed
Immediately report minibar malfunctions
Perform side work duties both pre and post shift, as well as weekly items as they are assigned
Must be able to push 30-50 lbs carts
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
6 months or more of Minibar, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting
Possess a proven track record for guest satisfaction
Possess a strong sense of urgency
Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition
Maintain a high level of integrity
Displays a confidant and professional appearance at all times and always meets company grooming standards
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Adapts in difficult situations, problem solves and makes decisions when necessary
Shows eagerness and capacity to learn
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holiday
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents
