Mount Royal Dental, Burlington, Ontario is a multi-speciality practice that prides themselves on patient centered care. They are looking for an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator & Administrator to join their team!

In this role you will assist with reception and administrative needs including greeting and schedule patients, confirming appointments, and file management. You will also educate and discuss the dentist’s proposed treatment plan with the patient, understand the patient’s long-term goals, review fees and insurance benefits and plan for a schedule of services.

Our ideal candidate has:

· Dental clinic experience

· Administrative experience

· Excellent communication skills

· A friendly, positive demeanour

· Excellent attention to detail

· Desire to work well as part of a team

· Comfort in working with computers and a variety of computer programs

· Experience working with insurance companies and billing

· Dental qualifications an asset i.e. CDA
