With dual reporting to Director, People & Culture and Branch Manager, P&C Manager is responsible for supporting operational management to meet company goals and objectives and play an integral role in driving our award-winning company culture. They will oversee full-cycle recruitment at levels to lead, mentor and train a customer centric employee base that strives to go above and beyond in service delivery. They will also oversee a team of administrative staff who will support segments of these functions. They will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all P&C functions for Paladin on Vancouver Island.
