Your Impact:Build a place where people want to be by:
Applying your EDI, program and project management experience to design-build-run our company-wide Employee EDI program framework.
Combining our strategic priorities, corporate programs (e.g. IT, Cyber, People-Programs), product design/development and Workplace Experience workstreams to develop a pervasive EDI mindset, approach and evaluation to all that we do.
Providing guidance, coaching and support to executive leaders across product design/development, employee-facing topics, platforms, and channels where needed or prescribed by the situation.
Working closely with the employee and corporate communications, and employee-branding leaders and teams to assure that a meaningful EDI lens is applied to our Employee Narrative.
Leveraging your strong skillset around collaborative design and communications toolsets, presentation design and development, authoring skills to develop, influence and convey the integral importance of EDI concepts and best practices in a way that inspires every team member to learn, understand and take action.

You have experience building and executing EDI strategies, while understand how to work with HR/People functions to tie these EDI strategies into every part of the organization.
Tech-savvy: You delight in and have experience with a myriad of analytics, productivity, communications, and design tools. You can’t wait to use new technology.
Quality-minded: You have incredible attention to detail and high quality standards, thoughtfully challenging the status quo to get the best results.
A Problem Solver: You ask lots of questions and use whatever means available to get to the root of a problem because you love figuring things out.
