• Starting base salary of 50-55K + signing bonus
• Work from home days are Monday & Friday/IN office Tuesday, Wed. & Thurs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide first call right answer support to clients with regards to their Financial Service needs
• Ensure accurate administrative entries and upkeep customer files
• Evaluate financial data and implement a strategy to support clients contractual responsibilities
• Answer inquiries both outbound and inbound concerning financial transactions
• Provide the utmost in customer experience and help customers understand or maintain on time payment schedule to increase their financial standings

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience in financial services is an asset
• A passion for helping people & establishing excellent rapport with customers
• Strong analytical, problem solving and some degree of being able to negotiate simple strategies
• Completed High School, College or University degree
• A collaborative & flexible team player
