Overview:
As a part of the team, you will collaborate with Frito Lay North America teams to develop the SalesHUB+ Solution with a focus on technical solutions in the Finance – Sales Accounting space. In addition, this person will collaborate with other team members (Field Sales Execution, Finance & IT) to ensure that the solution, enhancements, and builds are working as expected. The Transformation Analyst must leverage business knowledge, to allow them to be more collaborative with others in understanding trade-offs, leveraging relationships, and influencing the work.
Please note – this is a one year temporary assignment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop – Support the design, development, and enhancement of the SalesHub+ Application through project management, end-user engagement, and cross functional collaboration in the Finance – Sales Accounting space. Ensuring the business needs are met in the future builds.
Work closely with the Finance & Baseline Teams – Partner with Finance Teams to resolve end-user, data or system issues within the solution – especially the existing Sales Accounting systems.
Partner with the SalesHUB+ Team – Ensure that Canada specific business requirements are achieved. Partner with Frito Lay North America teams on the future sustainment program.
- Partner with Change Leadership – Deliver Change Management components including the change plan, stakeholder analysis, communication/training plan, training materials, and deployment plans.
Qualifications:
- 5 years related experience, proven business and people results
- Simular business and systems knowledge
- Strong analytical skills & ability to learn project tools quickly
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- People leadership, change management experience
- 10% Travel (US & Canada)
