**ACCEPTING LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY** For our Canadian office in Toronto (York Region), we are now looking for an individual who will share the passion and knowledge of our products to our customers and can provide support as a PART TIME Customer Service representative.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience and is passionate about beauty and skincare and women’s wellness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become an expert in state of the art beauty products
- Listen actively and probe to determine customers’ needs and offer solutions
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues from beginning to end
- Responsible for Customer Service duties
- Must have excellent oral and written skills in English; French is considered an asset
- Work weekdays, in- person
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and/or passion in beauty and skin care is an asset
- Top quality customer service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
- Superior phone etiquette
- Punctual
- Ability to learn & adapt in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer knowledge (Windows-based systems and internet navigation) with the ability to learn customer service software applications
