Our client, a major Canadian company in the ever-growing steel industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. You are a dynamic, versatile person looking for new challenges.
A position with very diversified tasks:
– Respond to requests from customers, manufacturers, agents, general contractors and architects
– File out bids and orders
– Respond to internet requests
– Work closely with the engineering team
– Process returns (RMA)
– Verify the status of customer orders
– Ensure project follow-up
This position is ideal for you if you have the following profile:
– At least 2 years of experience in customer service
– Bilingual / 90% of work done in English
– Ease with calculations
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
