We are looking for a skilled and versatile candidate that can accomplish the following tasks:
• Manage internal and external correspondence such as emails, memos and letters, etc.;
• Maintain price list and Customer contacts;
• Produce and maintain sales reports;
• Maintain filing system;
• Book travel arrangements;
• Organization of trade shows (furniture rental, booth, etc.);
• Coordinate and reconcile the expense reports for approval;
• Liaise with other departments;
Requirements:
• Minimum College degree and/or a minimum pertinent experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
• Attention to detail, problem solving and strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize their tasks;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
• Organized, detail oriented, analytical and able to work independently
• Computer savvy with knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point, etc.;
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
