HR Project Summer Associate

Reporting to the Director Talent, this is an exciting opportunity for a summer student to learn about the full cycle of an HR portfolio. The role will be working on a variety of HR projects with a specific focus on process and system innovation while collaborating with our local HR team and liaising with Global HR.

Duration: May 2023 – August 2023

What you will do:

• Responsible for partnering with HR team members to assess, recommend and obtain approval for process improvements in areas such as reporting, metrics and shared files
• Partner with HR Project Lead and HR Operations Advisor to provide support on special projects
• Learn about the Bayer TA brand (Be You.Be Bayer) and highlight areas to improve job postings that enhance our DE&I brand in the market.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the newly re-designed rollout for new hire Onboarding and Offboarding
• Identify relevant campus partnerships/initiatives, build a network that showcases Bayer’s brand to attract early-stage talent
• Build knowledge and understanding of the HR function through additional HR Project assignments

Who you are:

• Study at a University level for an undergraduate degree or post graduate degree; HR Program study considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite with the ability to quickly adapt and navigate large scale technology systems
• Teamwork and collaboration, innovation, good communicator, takes initiative on projects and makes recommendations, can demonstrate Bayer LIFE (Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility, Efficiency)
