Job Description:
Are you looking to expand your management and data experience, and make a significant impact in the growth of a team? Phreesia is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to become our new Manager, Campaign Engagement within the Life Sciences Team. This role is responsible for managing a team of Data Analysts focusing on the day-to-day operations of implementing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and contributing to the analysis of the content delivery network. In addition to managing, you will be asked to maintain the existing tooling, debug any issues with existing tools, and work with product engineering and data science to shape new tooling to facilitate our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage team of 2-4 Data Analysts, includes prioritizing work and critical team responsibilities.
- Manage configuration, deployment, and testing for Phreesia’s Digital Patient Engagement products.
- Lead analysis and monitoring of campaign metrics to ensure proper delivery of campaigns.
- Manage codebase of existing campaign operations tooling, including adding new features and performing bug fixes to targeting, delivery and monitoring tools.
- Be responsible for maintaining and improving upon campaign operations process, identifying and diagnosing issues with content delivery.
- Analyze available data sources to continually improve and optimize targeting and delivery of content.
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues in other departments to optimize client and product configurations.
- Facilitate the adoption and integration of data products built by the Data Science team into operations.
- Maintain best practices in documentation for internal and external auditing purposes.
- Take active stewardship of data products and ensure they are properly tracked throughout their lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics).
- 3-5 years of ad operations or campaign management experience, preferably working with data science, product engineering, or similar technical teams. 1+ years of experience in managing a team.
- Strong command of Python and SQL, particularly in an engineering and scripting capacity.
- Experience managing a codebase, often without additional support.
- Experience taking products from POC/MVP to production and incorporating new products into day-to-day ops.
- Experience in DataOps or DevOps a plus.
- Professional command of advanced search capabilities including but not limited to string manipulation, regex, fuzzy searching.
- Ability to reconcile and analyze large data sets to extract key metrics and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at varying levels.
Preferred:
- Healthcare experience and basic understanding of clinical terms.
- Experience in Ad Operations and digital media.
Base pay for US is $95,000 – $130,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
