THE LOCATION
Head office – Woodbridge, ON
This is work from home position with 1-2 visits to Vaughan per week to pickup mail and run errands
PRODUCTS, SERVICES, SOLUTIONS
Mortgages and secured Lines of Credit
Financing strategies and planning for real estate investors
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
Individual Consumers, Small Businesses
TYPICAL DAY AND DUTIES
Executive Assistance – remote work with 1-2 visits to Vaughan per week to pick up mail and run errands
Management President’s calendar and email inbox
Managing expenses and bookkeeping
Collecting, organizing, and actioning mail/courier deliveries
Organizing and managing client events, functions, and presentations
Arranging travel for the President and family members
Ensuring timely bill payments for other related businesses
Client Care – remote work
Answer and respond to inbound new client contacts (phone calls, emails, web forms)
Assign new clients to appropriate account managers
Coordinate initial client meetings with account managers
Enter and maintain new client information on the CRM system
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base Salary of $55,000 – $65,000 plus year-end bonus

An annual allowance for professional development
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years experience in Executive Assistant role – must be highly organized and detailed oriented
1+ yrs of Client services representative experience – can take calls and emails with great communication skills and with phone etiquette
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalency
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Basic tech savvy with ability to effectively use email, internet, Excel, file sharing, e-signatures, PDF documents, CRM system and Zoom
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage deadlines and generate results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to problem-solve independently
