Position: Office Administrator
Location: Downtown Montreal (on site)
Salary: Up to $65K + benefits and RRSP

Responsibilities:
– Set up call for morning meetings (local / international)
– Assist Sales and Marketing teams with various projects
– Be responsible for the coordination of the office: supplies, technical issues (you are the go-to person)
– Plan events (Holidays party, birthday events, etc.) and so much more!
What you need:
– Strong communication skills in English and French
– Strong Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
– 2 years of experience in Administration/Reception
– Well-presented and professional individual
