We are looking for a HR & Payroll Advisor to join our team and build the Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir, 15km west of Calgary. The Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir will provide flood protection along the Elbow River in Calgary and other downstream communities.

About you:
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for facilitation of day-to-day Human Resources functions including taking in charge in the recruitment process for all positions
Manage new employee onboarding process
Support company development plans and programs to ensure all staff are receiving proper training and experiences
Communicate and implement company policies regarding employee issues, as needed
Assist with the annual performance review process
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records to transmit the compensation and benefits entitled, in Canadian or foreign currency, to the external payroll provider
Prepare and verify employee statements (i.e., Record of Employment) for the external payroll provider, in collaboration with the finance team
Perform any other related duties as required and assigned while exemplifying VINCI s values
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources with minimum 1 year experience recruiting and facilitating the hiring/onboarding processes, with labor law compliance
Experience in the engineering field and on project, a strong asset
Experience with payroll, an asset
