Works under the responsibility of the Team Leader, for the planning of activities from the master production plan and SAP tools
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory from the available tools (SAP-ERP)
Make purchases of products necessary for the operation of the plant and offices
DUTIES (PROCEDURES):
Ensure the supply between Sika plants and with suppliers and make the required follow-ups with the different stakeholders to receive the products in the required time
Follow the inventory of raw materials and finished products in the plant
Take care of printing process orders, rolling MRP and entering information in the Planner
Follow up on P.O.’s in the plant: annual P.O.’s, match delivery notes and work orders with invoices and make corrections as needed.
Filing and ensuring the order of documents related to purchasing and production.
Perform all other related tasks.

Experience in a similar position
Computer knowledge of SAP : ERP/MRP is an asset
