Description:

• Performs all executive administrative tasks;
• Responsible for making travel arrangements and handles travel expense reports;
• Keeps calendar of meetings up to date, maintains and coordinates agenda;
• Coordinates meetings and conference calls and prepares related documents to this effect;
• Plans meetings, composes correspondence and translates documents, etc.
• Maintains and organizes files and filling system;
• Ensures transmission of action plans or information to appropriate delegates during the absence of the managers;
• Coordinates projects, follow-ups, archiving, filing, etc.
• Works closely with direct reports;
• Creates PowerPoint presentations;
• Accomplish any other related tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements:

• College degree (administration or other) with minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management an asset
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Very good organization skills, initiative and good judgment
• Capacity to work on many different projects at the same time, and good team worker
• Autonomous and available
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Professionalism, detail oriented, adaptable to various situations
• Capacity to work in evolving environment with constant changes.
