SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant Customer Service is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration and the Sales/Logistics departments. Duties include greeting and screening visitors, answering, and forwarding inbound telephone calls, and assisting with other administrative related tasks as required. Other duties include tracking loads and communicating with the Dispatch team, Q-Line Drivers and customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, effective time management and strong customer focus.
