Our unprecedented quality home care covers a broad spectrum of services ranging from aging care for the elderly, post-hospitalization care, assisting and managing illnesses such as dementia, disability care, Palliative, and Parkinson’s care to general housekeeping. The Business Development Manager, who will report to the executive managing director, will ensure Devotion Home care continuity by seeking new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and growing the company’s network.
This part-time position pays a competitive wage of $20 per hour plus commission. We offer a flexible and remote work schedule; you can also work from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in home care sales, marketing, and education in a similar field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) The successful candidate will Research the current trend on the target market, potential, existing client needs, and economic conditions for new strategies related to our company’s business development.
2) He/she will create and implement comprehensive, measurable marketing plan strategies to enhance the company’s image and position in the marketplace consistent with the company strategy and key performance indicator goals.
3) He/she will develop relationships with potential referral sources in the Lower Mainland area through cold calling, attendance to the community, and industry networking while working collaboratively with colleagues and team members.
4) The successful candidate will develop a process for qualifying referral sources to determine appropriate and effective outreach efforts.
5) The successful candidate will manage and create content for the company website, social media, and search engine optimization platforms.
6) The successful candidate will provide all the reports and results to the company’s managing director.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in a private duty homecare agency or related field.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent command of the English language
Drives and has a car
Able to work from home
Able to work with minimum to no supervision.
