Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the Health Care Aide (HCA) assists residents to enjoy a lifestyle designed to support the resident’s orientation, functional ability and social skills. Within a homelike environment and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Health Care Aide (HCA) will be accountable for assisting residents with the activities of daily living within the residents’ level of capability.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed government of Alberta recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience providing care to the elderly, disabled & those with all stages of dementia an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent observation, communication and problem solving skills.
