Concord Homes is seeking a Skilled Carpenters. We are an award winning custom home builder in the Kingston and surrounding area looking for you to join our team.
Potential for advancement within the company. Must be familiar with framing new builds and all aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. Finish Carpentry, ICF Foundation and Tile Experience considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and organize all materials, tools and products.
· Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.
· Possess excellent communication skills and has the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.
· Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean and non-cluttered workplace as well as company vehicles.
· Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.
· Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.
Qualifications:
· Good mathematical and measurement skills.
· Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
· Professional appearance.
· Ability to work with others or independently.
· Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.
· Working at Heights Certificate.
· Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
