Summary:

The work schedule for this position is:

Duties

Under the supervision of the Management Officer, the Temporary HR Assistant performs all personnel work to administer the American Human Resources program at Post. The incumbent is responsible for the accreditation process of the U.S. Direct Hires and their family members, the recruitment of seasonal hires and department of state interns, the coordination of the awards program, and other Human Resources Duties.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years of progressive and responsible administrative office experience is required. Experience should be on large, international/multinational or U.S. Government institutions.

Education Requirements:

Completion of at least two (2) years of full-time post-secondary studies in administration/management or human resources is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:

Fluent level in English (speaking/reading/writing) is required. “This may be tested”

Fluent level in French (speaking/reading/writing) is required. “This may be tested”
