Your key responsibilities
Focused, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Understand the UX dependencies that impact design and development throughout the project life cycle.
Highly collaborative with cross functional teams in strategy, research, analytics, UX, visual design, content & copy, DevOps
You actively foster collaboration
Actively participate in team and client meetings

Receptive to feedback and coaching
Have the discipline to set an example for time logs, mentoring, feedback cycles, continuing education requirements
To qualify for the role, you must have
3+ years of web development experience working on complex software or transactional or ecommerce experiences, with medium to large-sized teams, preferably in a cross disciplinary digital agency environment.
Degree in computer science, software engineering or interaction design.
Expert knowledge of standards compliant HTML5 & CSS2/3, JavaScript/ES6
Expertise with one or more progressive JavaScript frameworks such as (Vue, React, Node, Angular, Svelt, …)
Experience with both Monolithic and Headless CMS platforms such as ( WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, …)
Web Accessibility is not an afterthought for you and you have developed/remediated experiences to be Level AA compliant.
Proficiency with Visual Design tools such Sketch, Figma, Whimsical and can still rock Photoshop for asset creation/conversion when required.
Experience with API ( Design, development, Integration and testing (Postman, Swagger, Insomnia…)
Expertise with version control workflows and tools such as ( Git, GitHub, GitLab, Mercurial, BitBucket, …)
Familiarity with CI/CD and best practices and tooling (Jenkins, Selenium, CodeBuilld, TeamBuild, … ).
Experience working with Containers (Docker, Vagrant, Podman …)
Passion for emerging technologies and best practice
A solid Understanding of on-page SEO and content hierarchy
Experienced working within an Agile teams and processes.
Experience with browser quality assurance and Test Driven Design (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) concepts.
Motivated Self-starter (especially important if you’re part of a distributed team)
Commit to and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Research & document work/code and ideas effectively.
Knowledge in: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Ecommerce (Magento, Shopify), Security and Privacy, Data Collection and Analytics, A/B MVT Testing, GraphQL, AWS, Azure, Caching Strategy Content Localization
