Sensor Tower seeks a Professional Services Manager to be an integral part of our Professional Services team which provides white glove service and bespoke projects to our clients. This pivotal role reports to the Director of Professional Services, who has purview over all Pro Services clients. We work with some of Sensor Tower/Pathmatics most discerning clients who need consulting support to maximize the value of our data and achieve their strategic goals.. We manage individual relationships with each client, execute on the projects that deliver value, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Sensor Tower data. This is a consultative role that gives you an opportunity to drive innovative initiatives for exceptional clients, and is right for someone with consulting experience and a background in digital marketing who can deliver exceptional results.
We are a fully distributed, remote first company.
What You Will Do:
- You will manage Professional Services relationships with key Sensor Tower clients. Most clients are publicly traded Fortune 500 names.
- Understand the full suite of Sensor Tower offerings, including Sensor Tower App Intel and Pathmatics Explorer, and leverage these tools for client success.
- Manage multiple new client implementations across different verticals.
- Support the sales and proposal process within Pro Services and with our Sales Team.
- Develop cross-functional relationships across Sensor Tower to be able to leverage all our resources for our clients.
- Utilize analytics and storytelling skills to develop high-end reports for clients as needed.
Experience We Want to See:
- This is not an entry level role. You should have a few years of experience in a consulting role with heavy client-facing responsibilities at an ad or marketing agency, a marketing technology company, or other consulting role focused on business/marketing strategy.
- You’re extremely comfortable working with data. Ideally, you’ve been in roles where you’ve helped customers by providing solutions which leverage multiple data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience with Excel-based data analytics, reporting, and storytelling through PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert technical jargon into layman’s terms so clients understand exactly what we can provide to them.
- You have experience working with stakeholders from many different teams to provide solutions which exceed customer expectations.
- Most importantly, you’re brimming with entrepreneurial drive. You see opportunity where others see only roadblocks. You roll up your sleeves and develop innovative solutions for clients where no precedent exists and you can’t wait for the next problem to solve.
