The Client Support Analyst provides front-line information technology support and problem resolution services (help desk – tier 1 and tier 2) to enable all ministry users, IT Coordinators and sector clients to use computer resources in a multiple platform and multiple site environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment; OR
  • Experience helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software or other complicated systems or detailed processes.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered

There is currently one (1) regular full time position available.
