For a limited time, we are also offering a signing bonus in the amount of $3,500 to the candidate chosen for this position.
Location: No.1 Collision Richmond

With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:
- Complete rock chip repairs.
- Installation of windshields and door glass.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your station is maintained.
- Consistently meet or exceed technical standards and ensure that the company’s quality, safety, and other procedures are complied with.
- Repair and Replace auto glass.
- Insure the efficient use of materials.
- Maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle.
- Perform the duties of the job always keeping safety in mind.
- Maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect, and teamwork.
- Always treat all customers with respect.
- Always treat all fellow employees with respect.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Below is also a list of skills/qualifications that would also be helpful for this position:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- 3+ years’ experience of Auto Glass Repair
- Working knowledge of computers
